HATHA YOGA

Most forms of yoga can be classified as Hatha Yoga. Hatha simply refers to the practice of physical yoga postures. Hatha practices are designed to align and calm your body, mind and spirit in preparation for meditation.

ASHTANGA VINYASA

This dynamic, physically demanding practice synchronizes breath and movement to produce an internal heat designed to purify the body. Ashtanga Vinyasa is great for building core strength and toning the body. Prepare to sweat as you briskly move through a set sequence.

Pranayama

Prana means life force or breath sustaining the body; Ayama translates as "to extend or draw out." Together two mean breath extension or control. Pranayama is meant to nurture a high level of bodily health and mental clarity, both of which are crucial steps on the path to self-knowledge and a wholesome, authentic life.

Doing yoga and teaching yoga both, makes me feel more alive and more lively. I want to introduce people to the treasure of yoga, which will make their life more joyful and blissful.

The way yoga has made me mentally and physically strong and flexible (that helps me to deal with every situation)...I also want others to be benefited by yoga in the same way.

Yoga was never an unknown thing for me. Since childhood, I have seen my parents start their day with Yoga.

My love for yoga started in my teenage. Whenever I was depressed or upset I used to do pranayama and yoga rather going out with friends for a movie or planning something else.

For Group classes, I visit apartment complexes and yoga centers.

MY FEES

Rs.800 - Rs.1200 per session [for personal classes]

My fees are based on a variety of factors such as the travel distance, any kind of special therapy that would be needed, number of students per class [for group classes] etc.
