HATHA YOGA

Most forms of yoga can be classified as Hatha Yoga. Hatha simply refers to the practice of physical yoga postures. Hatha practices are designed to align and calm your body, mind and spirit in preparation for meditation.

ASHTANGA VINYASA

This dynamic, physically demanding practice synchronizes breath and movement to produce an internal heat designed to purify the body. Ashtanga Vinyasa is great for building core strength and toning the body. Prepare to sweat as you briskly move through a set sequence.

Prana means life force or breath sustaining the body; Ayama translates as "to extend or draw out." Together two mean breath extension or control. Pranayama is meant to nurture a high level of bodily health and mental clarity, both of which are crucial steps on the path to self-knowledge and a wholesome, authentic life.

I felt there are lot of people with a hectic lifestyle and crazy working schedules.

Having experienced the benefits of yoga, yoga nidra and meditation myself, I thought why not share my knowledge and make people aware of what a blessing yoga is to humankind.

I wanted people to reap the benefits in a variety of ways and feel happy & peaceful not just from outside but more importantly from within.

My aim is to see happy and smiling faces as they walk out of the studio post an amazing yoga session with me. And to bring as many people as possible on this beautiful path called Yoga.

Yoga for me started after a major lifestyle change post my 10yrs as Cabin crew and Cabin crew instructor career.

Having won Gladrags Mrs. India 2011 and being a PD trainer for aspiring cabin crew, hospitality industry professionals, and grooming aspiring models, I realised its not the just make up or your communication skills that matters.

What matters is how you feel about yourself, your body & how peaceful you feel in your mind.

10£ onwards per session

My fees are based on a variety of factors such as the travel distance, any kind of special therapy that would be needed, number of students per class [for group classes] etc.
